User Mode for Picture and Sound

We've added a user mode that lets you customize the Contrast, Brightness, Color, Tint, Sharpness, Color Temperature, Noise Reduction, Treble, and Bass, allowing you to fine-tune the picture and sound to your preferences.

You can access these settings by pressing the Menu button on any interface, where you'll find the PICTURE, SOUND, and OPTION settings.

A Must-Read Warm Tip

Due to HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) agreements, screen mirroring doesn't work (no image or sound) when trying to mirror content from some streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. Please understand that we must comply with the law.

To watch movies from Netflix, Prime Video, and similar services, please play them by inserting your TV Stick into our projector or connecting a laptop/computer via the HDMI port (HDMI cable included).

If you encounter no sound problems, please turn off Dolby sound on your connected devices or apps, as Dolby sound is not supported. Additionally, you cannot use Bluetooth to pair your mobile phone with this projector, as the projector can only send the signal to an external Bluetooth device.

To play 4K videos, connect your smartphones, laptops, or TV sticks via the HDMI ports rather than USB/Xbox sticks or other 4K devices.

If you experience audio lag when connecting a Bluetooth speaker, we recommend using wired screen mirroring, HDMI connection, or USB drive connection while hooking up to the Bluetooth speaker. You can also move your Bluetooth device closer to the projector and adjust the latency (Lip Sync) on your device.
